Six ways to work with wallcovering.

01

Wallpaper installation

A successful wall depends on more than the printed surface. A plumb starting line, the correct pattern match, careful work at corners, and clean trimming all contribute to a balanced finish. The number of walls, the room layout, the wallpaper’s repeat, and the manufacturer’s installation instructions help define the scope. Tell us what you are considering and we can discuss the project directly.

02

Wallpaper removal

Existing wallcovering can be peelable, layered, painted over, or bonded in a way that changes what the wall looks like underneath. Removal needs to account for the wall surface and the remaining adhesive, so the next step can be considered before new paper is installed.

Peel-and-stick wallpaper installation

Self-adhesive products have their own surface and application requirements. Texture, dust, moisture, paint condition, panel layout, and the product instructions can affect how a wall is prepared and how a design is aligned. Share the product name or label if you have it, or call before choosing what to send.

Commercial wallpaper installation

Wallcovering can set the tone in a reception area, boutique, office, or other business interior. Project size, how the space is used, the surface, and the selected product all help shape the conversation. The installation scope and next steps are confirmed directly with Clint Moore Wallcovering.

Wall preparation

Wallpaper is best planned with the surface in mind. Clean, dry, sound walls are a useful starting point, while loose paint, old adhesive, uneven areas, or other conditions may call for additional preparation. Product instructions matter; the preparation needed for one wallcovering may not be identical to another.

Specialty wallcovering installation

Some wallcoverings need specific handling, adhesive, preparation, or seam treatment. Before installation, it helps to identify the material and check the manufacturer’s instructions. If you have a label, specification sheet, or product name, it can help make the first conversation more specific, but it is not required to call.

Ask about a material
A useful first conversation

The room sets the questions.

It can help to know the project city, which walls are involved, whether the surface already has wallpaper, and what product you are considering. Measurements or a few photos can make a later estimate more specific, but they are optional—an initial call or request can be simple.

If an in-person look or measurements would help, call to ask whether an on-site visit can be arranged. Availability is confirmed for the project; it is not assumed.

Not sure what to call the material?

That is fine. A description in everyday language—“a paper with a large repeat,” “a removable panel,” or “a textured wallcovering”—is enough to start. The product label can be checked later if needed.
